What is Cardio?

Cardio exercises is the exercises which raises your heart rate. Hence as a result it tends to burn calories and fats. Cardio exercises are very much important to do as you all know,
the thing kept at a place for a long time, the algae makes it their home.
So as its said its very much important to move your body throughout. Many get lazy because of the trend of long sitting chair work throughout your day. And this been the major problem for people who don't do exercises and cardio exercises are the best way and the fastest way to gain perfect body. Its recommended to do at least 30 minutes of cardio exercises daily.

Cardio Kickboxing Workout

1. Warm up
First before starting any tough exercises you should first start with the warm up this will bring your body to a temperature. Which will help you to do tough exercises with ease. So startup exercises are important. Look at the below picture for warm up.

  1. The first picture is about the exercises of leg. In this exercises you have to take your leg front to the level of your belly. Make sure you dont bend your knees. Because doing this with straight knees will give you relief in joint pains. Then bring it down then skip and continue with another leg. Do this for 10 ups and downs for both legs.
  2. Now hold your knee and take it to your belly level, then bring it down. Now do the same with another leg. Do this for 10 ups and downs for both legs.
  3. Kick bag in normal speed do this for 10 times with each leg.
  4. Now Jump and jack do this for 30 times, 30 up hands and 30 down hands.
  5. Now just look at the picture and twist side by side do this for 5 times per side.
  6. Now lift your leg and move at a side, do this with both legs for 5 times each.
  7. Now just take your hand up and your opposite leg backward and then simply do this with other hand and legs do this for 30 times, 15 times each.
  8. Now do bicycling leg rotation exercise for 2 mins each then do with another leg.
